Shipping and Returns

Your order will be processed within 3 business days of receiving payment. Please allow 6 to 12 business days for delivery, depending on the shipping destination.

Delivery time begins once the package has been dispatched and you receive your tracking number. You will be notified via email with your tracking details once your order has been shipped (the tracking number becomes active 24 to 48 hours after shipping).

Free shipping is available for orders over $60. For security reasons and better tracking, our shipping partners may require a signature upon delivery of your package.

Please note that additional fees may apply if shipments are redirected or returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or if an address change is requested after dispatch.

Free sample shipping is available via regular mail, with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 14 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible to initiate a cancellation.

Please be aware that additional fees may apply if a shipment needs to be redirected or returned due to incorrect address information or a requested change of address after the order has been shipped.


Return Policy

For online purchases, you may return or exchange products within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from our customer service team. This authorization is valid for 30 days from the issue date. Please note the following conditions for returns:

·Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
·Returns must include the original invoice and Return Authorization Number.
·No returns or exchanges will be accepted for products that have been used, installed, or damaged.
·The cost of return shipping and any associated risks are the responsibility of the purchaser, except in cases where the product is defective.
·All products will be inspected upon receipt.
·Refunds will be issued based on the original purchase price and processed through the same payment method used during purchase, upon receiving the return and a valid tracking number.

For in-store purchases, return and exchange policies are subject to the store's regulations and policies, as the store is considered the seller in these cases.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if we detect any abuse or fraud. Products marked as final sale, overstock, or discontinued are not eligible for returns or refunds.
