General Shipping Terms:
- Orders are processed within 2-48 hours after payment verification.
- Orders placed on holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Handmade or custom products may require additional delivery time.
- Changes to orders are not accepted after 6 hours. However, if the warehouse has already packed and transferred your order for dispatch within this timeframe, the order cannot be modified or canceled regardless of the time elapsed.
Shipping Charges by Region:
- United States: $10 USD for orders under $60 USD. Delivery: 3–9 business days.
- Canada: $10 CAD for orders under $75 CAD. Delivery: 3–8 business days.
- EU, UK, Australia & New Zealand: $10 USD for orders under $60 USD. Delivery: 3–8 business days.
- Other Regions: $10 USD for orders under $60 USD. Delivery: 3–9 business days.
- Overseas Territories & Islands: $10 USD for orders under $60 USD. Delivery: 5–12 business days.
Order Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. The tracking number becomes active 24 to 48 hours after shipping.
Unclaimed Packages / Pickup Responsibility: Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (active within 24–48 hours). It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking information and ensure timely pickup or acceptance of the delivery. If a package is returned to us due to the customer’s failure to retrieve it within the carrier’s holding period or due to absence at the delivery address, we are not liable for any return shipping costs, delays, or loss.
In such cases, any reshipment or refund (if applicable) may incur additional fees.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delivery delays. Additional fees may apply if shipments are redirected or returned due to incorrect address information or if an address change is requested after dispatch.
Free Shipping: Free shipping is available for orders over $60. For security reasons and better tracking, our shipping partners may require a signature upon delivery.

Cancellation Policy: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible to initiate a cancellation.
Return Policy
We want you to feel confident when selecting products for your project. Eligible online purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a return:
- Products must remain unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Original packaging must be retained and undamaged
- A Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be requested before shipping the return
Many of our products are supplied as complete set configurations and packaged in protective transparent wrapping. Due to the fragile nature of tile edges and surface finishes, opened or rewrapped packages may no longer qualify for resale condition.
Products that have been used, installed, damaged, marked as final sale, clearance, discontinued, or non-returnable are not eligible for return. Sample products and single-sheet samples are non-refundable.
Return Shipping & Processing:
Unless an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied, return shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the customer.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% to cover inspection, handling, repackaging, and warehouse processing costs.
All returned items are inspected upon arrival before refund processing.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the approved return has been received and processed through warehouse inspection.
Original outbound shipping and delivery services are non-refundable once fulfilled, including orders shipped under free shipping or promotional shipping offers.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of both the product and packaging so our support team can assist promptly.
